Determine whether your enterprise is under the scope of the regulation
Prepare the required documents and pay the state fee

Objects regulated by BAT
IEP must be obtained each 7 years. In case there are changes of technological processes, equipment or raw materials on the enterprise, and, as a result, the previously established volumes or masses of emissions of pollutants or waste disposal limits, IEP must be reviewed before the expiration of 7 years
Category II objects can obtain an IEP too, if the enterprise uses the applicable best available techniques
What is IEP
Integrated Environmental Permit (IEP) -
is the document which is issued by a federal executive authority to a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur which performs business and other activities on an object which has a negative impact to the environment, and it contains obligatory requirements related to the protection of the environment
IEP INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
- Company details, copies of constituent documents, including a copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
- Documents of title to the land plot of the industrial site
- Code of the object which has a negative impact to the environment
- Types of company activities, volume of output
- Volume of consumption of raw materials, water, electricity and heat
- Description of accidents which have happened during the previous 7 years
- Environmental Improvement Plan (in case the emission norms are exceeded)
- Calculation of technological norms of the enterprise
- Calculation of the permissible emission levels of pollutants (hazard categories 1 and 2)
- Full explanation and justification of waste disposal limits
- IEC – realistic and practice-oriented industrial eco-control program (Industrial Environmental Control)
- State expertise positive conclusion (if it is legally required)
- Preparation of developing IEP application, including determination of installations which are regulated by BAT, technological norms and emission levels
- Inventorying of pollutant emissions to air
- Inventorying of pollutant emissions to water
- Development (calculation) of technological norms
- Environmental Improvement Plan development (EIP)
- Development of the wastes generation and disposal limits book
